Any cross-border transfer follows Article 9 of the KVKK.

Data is collected through the website contact form, email, telephone and face-to-face meetings, by partly automated or non-automated means.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires; commercial and financial records are kept for the minimum period required by law (as a rule 10 years). At the end of that period data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Cookies

This site uses only essential and measurement cookies; no advertising or profiling cookies are used. You can set your preference in the notice shown on your first visit, and clear cookies from your browser at any time.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom data is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction; request that such actions be notified to third parties; object to results produced solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request to info@desiber.com or in writing to the address above. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest. If your request is refused you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
