Where it is used
- Quote and pricing assistant. Reads your past quotes, price list and customer history, then drafts a new quote in seconds.
- Document search. Answers questions straight from contracts, specifications and manuals, and shows which page the answer came from.
- Invoice and form reading. Reads incoming invoices, delivery notes and forms and turns them into data your accounting system can take.
- Customer assistant. A chat window on your site that answers only from your data and hands over to a person instead of inventing an answer.
- Call and meeting summaries. Transcribes the recording and lists decisions and who owns what.
- Setup and handover. Model selection, data preparation and integration are ours; the system runs on your server and management is handed to you.
Every project starts as a small pilot: one workflow is chosen and a working version is running within two weeks. If it doesn't earn its place, you don't continue.
